As an NGO, Eitesal believes in the need to strengthen the ICTE community. Eitesal achieves this through a number of activities, such as:
● Developing Youth Programs including:
    - Sponsoring graduation projects
         In June 2005 Eitesal sponsored Cairo University’s Faculty of
         Engineering’s graduation project program.
     - Participating with IEEE GOLD’s Program which aims to encourage
      the involvement of young engineers in promoting the engineering 
      community.
● Collaborating with different Egyptian universities to organize both
   employment and internship fairs.
● Offering media training to ensure better coverage of ICTE issues.
● Participating with the MCIT on their "Awareness Trips" to various
   Egyptian governorates, whereby the importance of using technology
   is emphasized.
● Discussing with the Ministry of Education:
      - Offering training and certification for school teachers who
       represent the backbone of the educational system.
     - Developing vocational education as a method of decreasing
      Egypt's  vast unemployment rate.
